Description: This lecture will discuss Supreme Court decisions after 6/26 and cases coming up next year. It is a continuation of a lecture that occurred on 6/26. The meaning of the Constitution is determined by a majority of the Supreme Court. Discuss recent decisions of the Supreme Court, including cases of first impression, and how that has impacted what the Constitution means.

Presenter: Jules Mermelstein is a retired UDT Commissioner, criminal defense attorney, teacher of history, gov't and constitutional law, and ACLU volunteer attorney. He was recently appointed as Chair of the Government Relations Committee, Montgomery Bar Association.
