Description: This workshop will explore the following: 5 Love Languages- ie. Science behind Touch as a way to bond; Four Communication Styles that lead to couple and familial strife/dissatisfaction and their Antidotes and Apology Languages: the importance of Boundary Awareness and how to communicate that with our loved ones, along with practical advice for setting intentions for quality time, family meetings, phone limitations This program is presented in partnership with Stephen's Rise & Grind. Presenter: Kim Wilson, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a Private Practice in Fort Washington, PA. She has extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Families and has worked on many clinical research studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Kim serves on Non-Profit Boards whose missions seek to support vulnerable populations and advance EFT.
