We are very excited to have the Hampstead Stage Company visiting us next week to present: Alice in Wonderland. This will be a real play with real actors, just not on a stage. I am a huge proponent of introducing children to the arts. It gives them an appreciation of literature, talent and hard work. We are teaching them to respect others by being good audience members and we are showing them that storytelling comes in more than one form. The Hampstead Stage Company only uses trained performers and professionally written scripts and I have been very impressed with each performance that I have seen.

Personally, I hold a BA in Theatre with a concentration in acting and directing. I have performed in four states, directed, stage managed, and done just about every job there is in a theatre. Currently I am not working with a theatre and I miss it. It is something I will do again and soon. I get such joy of just being around the arts.
