What technology is available in the STEAM Lab?

Currently the STEAM Lab and most its technology are unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are looking forward to beginning classes and other learning opportunities in the STEAM Lab as soon as safety guidelines permit.

Who may use the STEAM Lab?

UDPL is dedicated to providing STEAM Lab opportunities to patrons of all ages regardless of residency.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of the STEAM Lab technology is currently unavailable.

How much does it cost to use STEAM Lab equipment?

Currently, participation in most of STEAM Lab programs is free. Some programs where extra materials or project kits need to be purchased may have a small fee covering the cost of those materials. Any program with a materials fee will be clearly marked in the program registration.

 

How can I become more involved with the STEAM Lab?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of the STEAM Lab technology is currently unavailable. We are looking forward to beginning classes and other learning opportunities, including volunteer opportunities for adults and students, in the STEAM Lab as soon as safety guidelines permit.

How can I support the STEAM Lab?

UDPL is dedicated to offering opportunities for patrons to experiment with new and emerging technology beyond the LSTA grant period.
