Join Miss Jenn for the award winning Mother Goose on the Loose program designed for children from birth to age three and their caregivers. This fun-filled thirty to forty minute interactive session uses rhymes, songs, puppets, musical instruments, and more to stimulate the learning process of babies and toddlers.

Sensory Storytime is an interactive program that can be enjoyed by all children, but is especially designed for children with sensory integration challenges. It combines books, songs, movement, and activities to stimulate all five senses and promote learning.

Young minds will love this story of aspiring engineer Rosie as she learns, tinkers, tries, and tries again. After the story students will enjoy learning about some of the Delaware Art Museum’s sculptural pieces and experimenting with how artists create something both beautiful and brilliant! Each student will get to build and decorate their own pint-sized parachute to help a figurine fly!

As a part of Pennsylvania’s One Book, Every Young Child campaign, UDPL is offering this special storytime. We’ll read Daniel Finds a Poem by Micha Archer, explore the themes of the story, and make a craft. After the storytime is over, you can take a storywalk through the park and read Daniel Finds a Poem again.

Every family that attends will receive a free copy of the book, supplies are limited.

Take a storywalk through Mondauk Commons and read Daniel Finds a Poem again. Storywalk will be up for about a month.

Each week meet a local Early Childhood Resource Professional & receive free advice, assistance, handouts.

Join Miss Jenn to learn about basic concepts in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Open-ended activities will follow a discussion of the week’s topic. Children will have a chance to explore the topic without expectations of a finished product.
