APPRISE Medicare Counseling

A generic medicare card1 hour appointments available
Monday mornings: 10 am or 11 am

UDPL is offering weekly appointments for Medicare Counseling with APPRISE volunteers. The program is run by RSVP of Montgomery County. Apprise Counselors are state trained volunteers who can help you through the Medicare process. For information and for alternative locations and times, go here.

A Community Connection Navicate expert will be on hand to help you navigate the human services system.  They can be advocates speaking on your behalf to resolve barriers connecting to services and determine if there are other options to fit your needs.  For more information and alternative locations, go here.
