When you are notified that your book is ready for pickup at the Upper Dublin Library, simply visit the Library Service Window during operating hours. (Click here to see our hours.)

The Window is located next to the book return slot. Enter the Southeast driveway and follow signs for Book Drop/Pickup (first left, inner lane).

No appointments are necessary. The window is the only way to retrieve your requests at this time.

Please slowly approach the window wearing a mask (library staff will be wearing masks as well). Have your library card available to be scanned. Titles will be held for 10 days before they are returned to the shelves.
