Museum PassesUpper Dublin Public Library has two free unsecured wi-fi networks provided by Upper Dublin Township for public use. The network name is UD_Wifi_E or UD_Wifi_W. E (for east) is located in the adult & teen area. W (for west) is located in the children’s and quiet room area. If your device can see both, West is usually less crowded.
