Description:  Discuss the history and structure of the Constitution, the Constitutional Convention, current arguments and misconceptions & details about certain Articles and Amendments.

Instructor:  Jules Mermelstein is a former UDT Commissioner, a retired criminal defense attorney, a teacher of history, gov’t and constitutional law, and an ACLU volunteer attorney.
