Description:  Follow an unconventional history of jazz, from the early days to the present, focusing on the underlying musical, cultural, technological, and social influences, including the Great American Songbook of the early 1900s. No prior knowledge of jazz is necessary.

Instructor: A life long music lover, John Banger has been teaching jazz appreciation classes in the Delaware Valley area for the past 8 yrs+.
