Instructor: Judy Thalheimer, RD, LDN, is a volunteer Community Educator with the Alzheimer’s Association. In her professional life, Judy is the managing editor of Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter and has conducted nutrition education sessions throughout the Philadelphia area. The Alzheimer’s Association leads the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
