Description:  Examine the impact influential women have made throughout history, including the effects of a patriarchal society and culture that has stifled female voices and opportunities for centuries. Delve into the lives of extraordinary women, from Eve to Elizabeth I, Marie Curie to Harriet Tubman and more.

Instructor: Steve Pollack lectures on culture, history, art, and music in area schools, libraries, community & continuing ed groups.
