Description:
Trends in recent years show an increase in anxiety in kids. They are experiencing more pressure and continuing to recover from the prolonged mental health effects of COVID. We will help parents recognize the signs that your child may be experiencing anxiety, the traps that anxiety sets, and provide tools for how to help them (and you!) cope with and manage those emotions. We will also provide an opportunity for kids to participate in engagement with learning the thoughts associated with anxiety and how to combat them in a fun and interactive way.
Please feel free to submit any questions that you would like to see addressed in this discussion. There will also be time for Q&A.
