Description:  In 1956, Philadelphia’s second oldest Victorian-era garden cemetery was condemned and destroyed. The land was provided to Temple University for use as a parking lot. What of the 28,000 bodies? Or the grave markers dumped into the Delaware River? How could this have happened? Part of. the Adult Discovery & Learning Lecture Series
