Description: The 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, guaranteeing women the right to vote, has often been called the “Susan B. Anthony Amendment,” in honor of the woman who was the best-known face of the Woman Suffrage movement. In spite of tireless efforts on behalf of the movement, Miss Anthony did not live to see this eventual triumph. In a lively first-person program, Marjorie Goldman becomes Susan B. Anthony and shares the struggles, insights, stories and passions of this inspiring historical figure.
